  • Orders are processed within 24–48 working hours after successful payment confirmation.

5. Shipment Tracking

6. Packaging

  • All electronic products are packed in secure and tamper-proof packaging.

  • Customers are advised to check the package condition before accepting delivery.


7. Damaged, Missing, or Tampered Packages

  • If the package appears damaged or tampered:

    • Do not accept the delivery, or

    • Record a clear unboxing video

  • Issues must be reported to Luxpods within 24 hours of delivery along with photos/videos.


8. Delivery Attempts

  • Courier partners usually attempt delivery 2–3 times.

  • If delivery fails due to:

    • Customer unavailability

    • Incorrect or incomplete address
      then re-shipping charges may apply, or the order may be cancelled without refund of shipping charges.


9. Address Accuracy

  • Customers are responsible for providing a complete and correct delivery address.

  • Luxpods is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect address details.


10. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD availability depends on:

    • Delivery location

    • Order value

    • Courier partner policies


11. International Shipping

  • Currently, Luxpods does not offer international shipping, unless explicitly stated.


12. Force Majeure

Luxpods shall not be held liable for delays or failure in delivery caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, lockdowns, or government actions.
