This policy applies to all purchases made from Luxpods. By placing an order, the customer agrees to the terms below.
Returns for electronic products are accepted only if all of the following conditions are met:
The return request is raised within 7 days of delivery
The product is unused, uninstalled, and in original condition
All original packaging, accessories, manuals, and invoice are included
The product is not physically damaged, altered, or tampered with
The following are not eligible for return or refund:
Installed or used electronic products
Software, digital downloads, or license keys
Clearance / sale items (if clearly mentioned on the product page)
Products damaged due to customer misuse or negligence
Products without original box or with missing accessories
If you receive a damaged or defective product:
The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
A clear, continuous unboxing video and supporting images are mandatory
After verification by our team, we will offer either:
Replacement, or
Refund, as applicable
⚠️ Complaints raised after 24 hours of delivery will not be accepted.

Select the return reason and upload the required images/videos
After approval, a pickup will be scheduled
The product will be inspected after reaching our warehouse
Final approval of return/refund/replacement depends on inspection outcome
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days and credited to:
Original payment method (UPI / Card / Net Banking), or
Store wallet (if applicable)
Replacements are provided only for the same product and model
Replacement requests are subject to product verification
Products with manufacturing defects are eligible for one-time replacement only.
The issue must be reported within 3 days of delivery with proper proof (clear video or images).

Once a replacement has been provided, the order will not be eligible for any further replacement, return, or refund.
Customers must handover the defective product during pickup for the replacement to be processed.
If the same product is unavailable, a refund or alternative solution may be offered at our discretion.
Replacement requests are subject to product verification.
No return shipping charges for verified damaged or defective products
For customer-initiated returns (change of mind / compatibility issues / refusal at delivery / RTO), shipping charges will be borne by the customer
If an order is refused at delivery (OTP rejected / RTO), any re-dispatch will require advance payment of shipping charges
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch
Cancellation is not allowed after dispatch
Product compatibility (device models supported, specifications, etc.) is clearly mentioned on each product page
It is the buyer’s responsibility to verify compatibility before placing an order
Refunds are not applicable for issues arising from incompatibility or incorrect usage
We reserve the right to decline support in cases of repeated misuse of return policy, false claims, abusive language, or threats
All communications may be recorded for legal and compliance purposes
This policy is framed in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 (India).
